I’m so happy to be supporting Lara’s League and their fund-raising efforts for the DC Avon Walk for Breast Cancer again this year. I’m teaming up with uber talented Andrea Hallett of Andrea Hallett Photography to bring you mini sessions with the theme of “Vintage Spring”. A Slideshow Tribute :)

Thank you to all of the families who participated in the mini sessions! I put together a quick slideshow of the images– it is always nice to view photos with music! Hint: click on the full screen version and switch to HQ for a larger and better picture. Keep in mind that these images are still on the lower end of the resolution spectrum and will appear varying degrees of clarity on the computer screen. Images are very sharp and will print absolutely fine! In general, the closeup images show up well in the slideshows and the 3/4 length and full length shots are a little fuzzier on the screen.

Also, thank you Ansleigh for taking this photo of the three of us. It is so easy as a photographer to forget to record moments with you in them!

Little Sister of Mine

Does anybody remember that McDonald’s commercial from the 80s about a little sister? Every time I take pictures of a family with an older boy or boys and a little sister… I think of that commercial. Anyway– here we are at the end of the mini session road. I’m so happy to end on this one– I can honestly say that I think these kids had fun during our session– I know I did!

At this point during the day, we started getting a teeny bit behind, so I didn’t personally have a chance to photograph Chris. I’m so jealous that Jen got him all to herself. He has the best smile!
