…and she was absolutely right, they did! Over the weekend, my oldest daughter helped me move some things into my studio. It rained all day Saturday and while I did take a few photos inside, as soon as we pulled up, I saw the spot that I wanted to take her picture. In the Children’s Garden across from my studio, there is a tree. I’m not sure what it is called, maybe a tulip tree? I’ve never seen a tree with more brilliant yellow fall leaves and Saturday’s rain created a blanket of yellow on the ground below. We had only a couple minutes on Sunday, but it was enough to capture what I wanted. The hard part…the tree also dropped these little fruits and they smelled so bad. In most of the photos, Hannah has this disgusted look on her face. It certainly was pungent! Anyway…
