There are times when none of my tricks work, times when I can’t make a gorgeous little blue-eyed boy (for example) smile or at least enjoy the day. It happens and when it does, we need a back up plan! I plan my schedule to be flexible enough to allow for rainy day makeups and the occasional “cranky baby” makeup. I’m a mom and I know the way I want my babies to look in photos– and while grumpy is endearing and certainly is one of the looks I want to remember, I NEED some happy! So this lovely Sunday, the park was bustling with visitors enjoying the beautiful weather– but one little guy was not enjoying the weather, the park, the crazy sounds and faces mom, dad, and I were making…so we moved to plan B. I did get a few shots– but we are going to give it another try soon, on a happier day
