I’m so sorry that I’ve neglected the blog for a few weeks. I had a major system crash which luckily did not affect any photos–whew! However, it took way too much downtime to get back on track. I’ve successfully switched 95% of my software to a Mac which I’ve had intentions of doing for a while. This just pushed me a bit faster than I had hoped! It has been a pretty seamless transition. The hardest part has been re-installing all of the software. So now that I’m back on track– look for lots of sneak peeks and news!
If there’s one lesson that you can take away from this, its please back up your images and files– especially if they are important to you. External and internal hard drives fail– it is not a matter of if, it is when! Lucky for me, this is the first hard drive crash I’ve experienced and thanks to my husband’s persistence, I was prepared.
